Meet Autumn!

I’m running for State Senate because I believe Oregon needs practical, community-focused leadership—leaders who show up, listen, and get results.

I’ve spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of nonprofit and business leadership, solving complex problems and bringing people together to make real progress. Today, I serve as the Assets Operations Manager at Ecotrust, where I lead strategic programming and operations across Portland and beyond.

But the work that matters most to me happens close to home.

I’m a single working mom, raising my daughter here in Northwest Portland. This is our community—where we go to school, spend time in our parks, and build relationships with our neighbors. I’m running because I want every family to feel safe, supported, and proud of the place they call home.

A Neighbor Who Gets Results

A few years ago, Couch Park was struggling. Families didn’t feel safe. Children were stepping over needles on their way to school.

I didn’t accept that as inevitable.

I co-founded Friends of Couch Park and worked alongside neighbors, community partners, and local organizations to turn things around. Together, we helped restore the park into a safe, welcoming space for families again.

That experience shaped how I lead: bring people together, stay focused on solutions, and follow through.

Because real leadership isn’t about talking—it’s about doing.

Practical Leadership, Grounded in Experience

My career has been built on solving problems and managing complex systems.

At Ecotrust and throughout my career, I’ve led strategic operations, communications, and cross-sector initiatives that deliver real results. I’ve worked in both nonprofit and corporate environments, giving me a balanced, practical perspective on how decisions impact people, organizations, and communities.

I’m not interested in ideological battles or political posturing.

I’m focused on what works—using data, listening to stakeholders, and making thoughtful decisions that move our communities forward.

Rooted in Northwest Portland

Northwest Portland is home.

It’s where I’m raising my daughter. It’s where I’ve built relationships with neighbors, schools, and local organizations. And it’s where I’ve seen firsthand both the challenges we face and the strength of this community.

I believe we can have safe parks and compassionate solutions. We can support our most vulnerable neighbors while also maintaining shared standards that keep our communities livable.

I’m running for State Senate to bring steady, practical, and community-driven leadership to Salem—leadership that reflects the people it serves.
